Since 1862, the Acetaia Pedroni represents a tradition born at the end of the Duchy of Este and reaches up to the present day. Today Giuseppe III, sixth generation, not only continues that commitment but has been able to bring to international success one of the jewels of Emilia-Romagna food and wine: the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. Memory, traditions, biodiversity, protection of natural resources and great craftsmanship. And in the end the result, that every time fills with wonder: a thick, dark liquid, bittersweet aroma and unmistakable scent. But there’s more than just vinegar: from the grape to the bottle, here are produced Lambrusco di Sorbara DOC, White Sparkling Wine “Ruggine, Nocino liqueur and Grappas, that are served in the historical Osteria di Rubbiara, the second oldest in Modena. Elegant rustic rooms and antique furniture, it’s a gastronomy temple where the traditional recipes of Modena are celebrated, always with a touch of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar.
