A land of food and wine excellences known in the world, but also of delicacies still to be discovered, such as the 56 month old Parmigiano Reggiano, the Truffle of the Dolo and Dragone Valleys and the Salami of San Felice.
Modena and its treasures of taste will be on display from 16 to 18 October 2020, in Piazza Grande, thanks to La Bonissima.
This year will be possible to taste directly typical specialties prepared on the spot, such as fried dumplings, chestnut chaps (typical of the Zocca and Montese area), tigelle, borlenghi, fried tortelli, cold cuts with a glass of wine, fried apples with yogurt, morsels of Parmesan and aged pecorino, first courses also for celiacs and much more.
The rich calendar of events includes also show cooking, workshops and guided tours for boys and girls.
