Since 1862 the Pedroni family has been running in a traditional way the farm and the Osteria di Rubbiara, “Locale Storico d’Italia” offering specialties such as Chicken with Lambrusco or Omelette with Balsamic Vinegar. The Farm carries on the production from the grapes to the bottle of Lambrusco di Sorbara, white wine “Ruggine”, Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP, Nut Liqueur and Grappas. Visit of the Acetaia on reservation.
